How effective will Carr be? Also, how much will his presence help the pass defense?

I really think it will be a HUGE upgrade. He's no Deion Sanders. But he is loads better than where we were.

He is a physical player. I like that most about him and hope that his play style rubs off on our other corners.

I like him even more because of the addition of Claiborne. He only allowed 46% of the passes that came his way to be completed. He is working on Intercepting more of those passes that come his way. Claiborne is someone who can strike fear in QB's hearts he is a playmaker. Both are press guys. Great addition at corner.
