23. Taven Bryan DT Florida - after a trade with New England that nets Dallas #42 and #63 for #19 and #50, Dallas selects the guy Marinelli wants as his true 3 tech. Bryan will push Collins and make a start to a better DL and stopping the run. Can play 1 tech, 3 tech or DE so very versatile, great work ethic and never quit attitude. Dallas considered trading up but bigger plans on the horizon for the Boys and Jerry spash.

33. Leighton Vander Esch ILB Boise State - to no team surprise but most fans surprise, Vander Esch falls out of the 1st round, Jerry and Stephen trade next year's #1 for Cleveland #33 and #64 to get their MIKE guy, should start right away pushing Smith to SAM this year but watch Smith eventually take Lee's spot when he retires. Vander Esch with Lee and Smith gives Dallas the best LB group in the NFL. Vander Esch can play sideline to sideling, team captain material, excellent work ethic, football first guy

43. Anthony Miller WR Memphis - shockingly Dallas calls Miller's name far earlier than many believe, successful WR who has great ability with YAC, good hands, great routes with far better than average head fakes, strong in releases from line and strong hands to wart off the CB, has great ability to take short gains and make them game breakers, knows how to move the chains, keeps others motivated, leader qualities, good work ethic

56. Harrison Phillips DT Stanford - another trade as Dallas trades #63 and #64 and #137 to the Colts who obtained it from a trade with Buffalo for #56 and # 67. Phillips is the 1 tech Dallas really needs with a constant motor, strong hands, great run stuffer, has good moves to the QB, relentless is pursuit even when play away from him, hard worker, great work ethic guy, team leader

67. Tarvarius Moore FS Southern Mississippi - the guy that Coach Richard wants running his secondary, can play either safety spot but easily the fastest safety in the draft and top five in total secondary speed, excellent size, quick twitch, can easily catch up to receivers, easily turns hips to run with receivers, good tackler, could be the next Kam Chancellor type player.

81. Desmond Harrison OT West Georgia - a great athlete, great twitch, no block he cannot handle, had off field issues so could be consider boom or bust but worth the pick, player much like Eric Williams, would be a top ten type pick if not for the off field issues, could be a great swing or great RT also.

116. Frank Ragnow OC/OG Arkansas - powerful guy that can play either OG spot or OC spot, would expect him to either take the LG spot or #1 backup spot at OG and OC and replace Joe Looney. Team captain, physical player with strong hands, very smart, understands how to take better DL guys.

155. Mark Walton RB Miami - strong back, has great ability to bounce, great speed, can provide good 3rd down runs or spell Elliott some, good hands, able to take the ball the distance from anywhere on the field, Dallas traded #171 and #208 to take the Chargers spot at #155

192. Brett Toth OT Army - can play OG or OT, great work ethic, has 2 year Army committment so can only attend training camp next two years, worth waiting who eventually could play LT or RT or LG, plus athlete

193. Equanimeous St. Brown WR Notre Dame/Darius Fountain WR Northern Iowa/Holton Hill CB/SS Texas/Brandon Facyson CB Virginia Tech/Marcell Frazier DE Missouri - I see several of these guys falling to the mid sixth and Dallas could take any of them depending on the value they have on them, probably other in the mix but these seem the most likely

236. Jack Cichy LB Wisconsin/Matthew Thomas LB Florida St./Larry Allen OG Harvard/Fred Warner LB BYU/Justin Lawler DE SMU/Troy Apke S Peen ST./Peter Kalambayi LB/DE Stanford/Godwin Igwebuike S Northwestern/Martinas Rankin OG/OT Mississippi - again a lot of choices and they will be looking for that sleeper or underrated or high upside guy with probably highest SPARQ score also, some even could be available as UDFA guys also.

Expect Dallas to have around 20 to 25 rookies that include draft picks and UDFA guys. We all try to guess the UDFA but like always there will be guys that no one had on their radar when said and done.
