"He's a humble kid," notes Brown. "He's a very intelligent kid. He talks about a lot of things other than football. He's interested in a lot of things other than football. But he wants to be the greatest to put on pads, so I'm going to help him get there."

That's been my prediction. Texans offer a package of picks, including next year's first -rounder.

They are at #22....

#4 is =....1,800

#22==780
#52==380
#85==165.......====1325

Their next year's #1===590......it has to be figured in as the #32 pick.

I don't know if this is enough.......I might have to have this year's 4th==about #120===54 points

That's give us....

#22
#34
#52
#67
#85
#101e
#120e.........it's 5 picks in the top 100.

NOW....the Jets want picks THIS YEAR for #20

#20===850

#34==560......290 difference

#67 is 255
#120 is 54.....309

That would give us

#20
#22
#52
#85
#101.......it's 4 picks in the top 20....but two 1st rounders.

For a point of comparison, here are some of the measurements of other recent quarterback prospects:

Jameis Winston: 6-foot-4, 231 pounds, 9 3/8-inch hands.
Marcus Mariota: 6-foot-4, 222 pounds, 9 7/8-inch hands.
Blake Bortles: 6-foot-5, 232 pounds, 9 3/8-inch hands.
Teddy Bridgewater: 6-foot-2, 214 pounds, 9 1/4-inch hands.
Johnny Manziel: 5-foot-11, 207 pounds, 9 7/8-inch hands.

Throughout the fall and into the offseason, one of the concerns for Cal quarterback Jared Goff has been a slight frame and his ability to add weight. Teams have concerns that Goff will stay skinny and have trouble maintaining his playing weight in the offseason. At the Combine weigh-in, Goff didn't ease those concerns, as he checked in at 6-foot-4, 214 pounds with 9-inch hands.

New Browns head coach Hue Jackson said hand size is important to him, so Goff having smaller hands than the other first and second-day quarterback prospects will hurt his chances of being Cleveland's selection with the second-overall pick.
